Chocolate-Peanut-Butter-BarHere is a recipe for an easy peanut butter chocolate bar. Easy enough for any cooking skill level. I really like this one because it’s quick, satisfies my sweet tooth and makes plenty of bars. I hope you enjoy.

  • 1 cup of peanut butter
  • 1 cup of butter (softened)
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2/3 cup butter crackers
  • 1/2 pound powdered sugar
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips (melted)

First you will mix butter with cracker crumbs, peanut butter and sugar. Then place in 9 x 13-inch pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. After that has cooled melt chocolate chips and pour over the top. Refrigerate again for 20 minutes or until the chocolate hardens. Cut into squares or bars. See, I told you it was easy.

This may not be the healthiest treat but it sure tastes great. My entire family enjoys them. Believe me, we eat them quickly.

Easy Recipe for Easy Entertaining

My wife has asked for this recipe often when we have friends or family over. It makes a fun dessert when we entertain. Kids and adults alike enjoy it. Try adding some sliced fresh fruit on the side for a more elegant dessert.
